So when you uninstall Applock, the app is deleted, but the folder remains as such – protected and hidden. So, reinstall Applock and you will find your photos in the Photo/Video Vault. If you wish to uninstall Applock, remove all the photos and videos from Applock and uninstall it. They will get back in your gallery.
